KayaTattva Return & Refund Policy

At KayaTattva, we strive to provide high-quality herbal beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:

Opened or used products.
Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
Gift cards and digital products.

2. Return Process

Initiate a Return: Email contact@kayatattva.com or WhatsApp on +91 81309 43860 (Mon–Fri, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. IST) with your order details and reason for return or you can simply log in to your dashboard and go to My Account > Orders > Select the Product > Return the Order.
Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item.
Inspection & Refund: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping charges.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
